Finished product, for connoisseurs, weighs 15 kg. Note that they are not two pancetta rolled together and cured, but one, the Unica.

Delicate like cured Pancetta Unica, with a clean taste as the Lesso Piemontese cooked ham.
Pancetta marinated as Piemontese Lesso cooked ham and subsequently rolled and boiled at a low temperature. Smoked with natural wood. Ideal on a slice of freshly baked bread.
